Stout
Dark as night with a creamy mouthfeel. Roasted barley gives it that classic dry stout character. Pours with a gorgeous tan head. One of my best batches.
Brown Ale
Aimed for a smooth, nutty brown ale but the oat addition was probably too much. Ended up overly thick and the chocolate malt was a bit harsh. Will dial it back next time.
Wheat Beer
Classic Bavarian wheat beer with banana and clove notes from the yeast. A bit more banana-forward than I wanted, probably fermented a touch too warm.
Witbier
Light and refreshing with orange peel and coriander coming through nicely. Hazy pour with a pillowy white head. Perfect with a slice of orange.
Pale Ale
A well-balanced pale ale with a citrusy hop character and a clean malt backbone. Great summer session beer that turned out better than expected.
